The Zentra Media Commercial Directory (Print & Electronic Editions)

1. Introduction By submitting a business listing, advertisement, or utilizing the services provided by The Zentra Media Commercial Directory ("The Zentra Media"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These apply to both our print and electronic directory formats.

2. Eligibility Only legitimate businesses and professionals are eligible to be listed. The Zentra Media reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any business before publishing.

3. Submission Guidelines

- All listings must be submitted with accurate, up-to-date information.

-The Zentra Media is not responsible for any errors in content provided by the advertiser.

- Listings must not include offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

4. Listing Approval

- The Zentra Media reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing or advertisement without prior notice.

- The Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by The Zentra Media.

5. Advertising & Payments

- Advertising rates are subject to change without notice.

- Full payment must be made before publication unless prior arrangements are made.

- Failure to pay may result in the removal of the listing or ad.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content in the directory, including layout, design, logos, and text, is the property of Zentra Media and may not be reproduced without written consent.

- Businesses retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and content provided.

7. Liability Disclaimer

- The Zentra Media does not guarantee business results or client engagement through listings.

- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from the use of the directory.

8. Revisions & Updates

- The Zentra Media reserves the right to make changes to the terms and the directory format at any time.

- It is the advertiser's responsibility to review updates regularly.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

- Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is received prior to the print or digital publication deadline.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the services or publications of
The Zentra Media (including print and electronic media) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in New Delhi, India.
The governing law shall be the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. By using our
services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction
based on venue or inconvenience.
